From the Chairman Desk

I extend my heartfelt gratitude and warm greetings to all members of Future Initiative Trust and our well-wishers for their relentless efforts in strengthening the programmes of our organisation through dedicated service towards the weaker sections of society.

The core aim of our organisation is to create conditions that empower people to participate actively in the development process and to join the mainstream of life—socially, economically, politically, culturally, and spiritually. Our greatest expectation lies in enabling people to gain power, confidence, and an inseparable role in decision-making.

In our journey towards this vision, what we firmly believe—and continue to follow—is complete faith in people’s potential. We place our trust in the community’s human and material resources, which, when rightly mobilised, can truly bring about sustainable change.

Services

Our NGO is dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities through healthcare, education, and social welfare initiatives. We work tirelessly to create sustainable change and improve lives at the grassroots level.

Child Education

Child Education

We provide primary education to underprivileged children and communities, ensuring holistic development beyond academics. Our school offers daily mid-day meals in both morning and afternoon shifts and conducts health check-ups twice a year, maintaining detailed health charts for every child. Students are encouraged to participate in inter-school art and sports competitions, while all major festivals and events are celebrated throughout the year to promote cultural awareness and joy. Additionally, we provide uniforms, books, stationery, woollens, new clothes during festivals, and special treats to support the children’s overall growth and well-being.

Medical & Health Camp

Eye Check Up Camp

During the year 2025–26, our organisation undertook an important initiative by organising a free Eye Check-up Camp at the local Higher Secondary School. The primary objective of this programme was to extend medical support to the underprivileged—particularly those from weaker sections of society—many of whom are unable to avail even basic eye care services due to financial constraints.

The camp, held for one full day, offered free consultation and diagnostic services to nearly 100 participants. A team of six qualified resource persons, including experienced eye specialists and support staff, voluntarily contributed their expertise to ensure the success of the programme.

In addition to eye examinations, the camp also provided essential facilities such as medical equipment, basic medicines, and spectacles for needy patients, thereby making the initiative more impactful and beneficial for the community.

Cloth Distribution

Cloth Distribution Programme

With a view to extending our humble service towards the needy, our organisation has undertaken a well-arranged cloth distribution programme to support 100 tenement householders in our locality, who are living below the poverty line.

This initiative was not just an act of charity, but a collective effort to bring comfort and dignity to underprivileged families in their day-to-day lives. The programme was made possible through the generous financial contributions of our local well-wishers, whose support continues to inspire and strengthen our mission.

We firmly believe that such small but meaningful steps play a vital role in uplifting weaker sections of society and in fostering a spirit of togetherness and compassion within the community.

Blood Donation Camp

Blood Donation Camp

During this year, our organisation successfully arranged a blood donation camp at our local Higher Secondary School, where as many as 100 voluntary donors came forward to donate blood. This noble initiative was organised in collaboration with Manicktala ESI Hospital Blood Bank, ensuring that the collected blood could reach patients in urgent need of life-saving support.

The entire programme was conducted in a well-organised manner, with proper medical supervision and safety measures. Our members and volunteers worked tirelessly to motivate local residents, especially the youth, to participate in this humanitarian cause. The encouraging response from the community reflected a growing awareness of the importance of voluntary blood donation.

The total expenditure of the camp was borne by our organisation, with financial assistance coming from local contributions and the goodwill of our well-wishers. This effort once again highlighted our commitment to social service and our belief that collective participation can make a significant difference in society.
